PURPOSE: A method and apparatus is provided to obtain a large amount of electrical energy by using the vibration of the motor vehicle traveling on the road. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating plate(3) for generating vibrating pressure by the vibration generated during travel of a motor vehicle(2), is installed at a gravel foundation(7) which is formed onto a ground(6) so as to form a road(1). The vibrating plate has a converter(4) for electrically converting the vibrating pressure. A battery cell unit(5) for storing the electrical energy obtained from the converter, is connected to the converter, and an asphalt concrete layer(8) is formed onto the vibrating plate. When the motor vehicle travels on the road, vibration generated from the weight of the motor vehicle is transferred to the vibration plate. The vibrating pressure generated from the vibrating plate is converted into an electrical energy by the converter, and the electrical energy is accumulated in the battery cell unit. |
