PURPOSE: A pipe structure having a reinforcement member is provided to remarkably reduce the local buckling phenomenon by inserting the reinforcement member into the pipe structure. CONSTITUTION: Plastic resin(2) is inserted into a hollow rectangular iron frame(1). At least one injection hole and at least one air discharging hole are formed in the hollow rectangular iron frame(1). At this time, the hollow rectangular iron frame(1) is arranged in such a manner that the injection hole is directed downward. Then, resin is introduced into the hollow rectangular iron frame(1) through the injection hole. When resin reaches the air discharging hole, the air discharging hole is closed by using a bolt. Then, the hollow rectangular iron frame(1) is turned over such that the injection hole is directed upwards. After that, the injection hole is closed by a bolt.
