PURPOSE: A method for producing jujube tea is provided, therefore pharmaceutical efficacies of jujube can be easily used, to improve human health. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing jujube tea comprises the steps of: inserting 1 kg of jujube, 150 g of ginger and 100 g of Glycyrrhizae Radix to 5 liter of water in a vessel; boiling the mixture at high temperature for 30 minutes; separating jujube and ginger from the mixture; crushing the jujube to prepare crushed jujube solid; inserting the crushed jujube solid into the boiled mixture; and boiling the mixture at medium temperature for 1 hour until the amount of the jujube mixture become 3 liter.
