PURPOSE: A device for managing a mobile communication network using a TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) in a mobile communication base station system is provided to reduce the number instances by changing a data structure of an MO(Managed Object) generated in an agent, in order to manage a base station system by a TMN, thereby improving a system capacity and easily performing end-user management. CONSTITUTION: When data exist in a statistical data file, an MACA(BSM Agent Communication Admin)(100) outputs a statistical data read command. When the statistical data read command is inputted, an MASA(BSM Agent Statistics Admin)(200) reads statistical data stored in the statistical data file, and changes the read statistical data according to a data structure of an attribute of an MO, then outputs the changed data. An MCAA(BSM Core Agent Admin)(300) stores a containment tree structure. The containment tree structure is implemented to store statistical data of all FAs(Frequency Areas) in instances of a sector current data MO. When the statistical data are inputted from the MASA(200), the MCAA(300) searches an instance of an MO corresponding to the data on a containment tree, and stores the instance in an attribute of the MO to manage the instance. |
