PURPOSE: A method for producing leaves of tobacco containing components of shiitake mushroom is provided, thereby the tobacco produced using the tobacco leaves can effectively prevent various diseases associated with a smoking. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing leaves of tobacco containing components of shiitake mushroom comprises the steps of: dipping the shiitake mushroom in water for 30 minutes; cutting the water absorbing shiitake mushroom, and dipping pieces of the shiitake mushroom in water of 30 to 60 deg. C for 24 hours to obtain an extract of shiitake mushroom; dipping the tobacco leaves in the shiitake mushroom extract in the volume ratio of 1:2; and drying the shiitake mushroom extract absorbing tobacco leaves.
