PURPOSE: A backbone supporting device is provided, thereby the backbone supporting device can be applied to a patient regardless of his body shape. CONSTITUTION: The backbone supporting device comprises a main body(10) consisting of a thoracic vertebra supporting part(12) and a lumbar vertebra supporting part(14), and containing a cushion layer and a fiber layer; elastic pressing elements(20)(21) positioned in both sides of the main body(10); connecting bands(30)(31) positioned in both sides of the main body(10) and connected to the elastic pressing elements(20)(21); and connecting means capable of regulating the length between the main body(10) and both pressing elements(20)(21), wherein rectangle or triangle penetrating holes(34) are formed in the center of the main body(10).
