APPARATUS FOR RECOGNIZING OPENING AND CLOSING OF FOLDER IN FOLDER-TYPE TERMINAL USING MAGNETIC FORCE OF SPEAKER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recognizing the opening and closing of a folder in a folder-type terminal using a magnetic force of a speaker is provided to decrease the manufacturing unit cost of a product by sensing a magnetic force or magnetic field naturally generated in the speaker without using a specific magnetic substance or magnet. CONSTITUTION: When an upper case(10) is folded, a magnetic force sensor(201) for sensing the magnetic force of a speaker(101) is installed in a lower case(20) to sense the approach of the speaker(101) installed in the upper case(10). When the upper case(20) and the lower case(20) are folded, the magnetic force sensor(201) is allocated on the position of the lower case(20) corresponding to the installation position of the speaker(101) of the upper case(10) to be approached with the speaker(101) of the upper case(10).
