A method for stabilizing white table wine materials into irreversible colloid turbidities provides test treatment of wine material with bonding agents, testing, selection of layout of production treatment and doses of bonding agents. At that, the test treatment is performed in two stages, at the first one it is treated with an excess of bentonite and two compounds of gelatin and bentonite, at the second stage it is treated with doses of bonding agents, tested by means of tannin and of the tannin with an addition of hydrogen peroxide, the layout of production treatment is determined according to the relationship of readings of these tests, and doses of bonding agents are determined by values of tannin test with an addition of hydrogen peroxide.
