CONSTITUTION: The organic EL device 10 is formed so as to include a metal compound Li2O layer on the interface of a first negative electrode 5A with an organic luminous layer 4 and to have a concentration gradient in which the Li2O layer is more highly concentrated at the interface side with the organic luminous layer 4. |
