PURPOSE: To decrease the number of stabilized capacitors in use and to actualize circuit constitution wherein a stabilized capacitor itself is neither charged nor discharged. CONSTITUTION: The outputs of 1st and 2nd buffer circuits 103 and 104 are connected to each other through a resistance 105, the output of the 1st buffer circuit 103 is fed back to the input of a differential circuit 102, and the output of the 2nd buffer circuit 104 is regarded as the output of a voltage follower circuit 101.
