摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing Japanese apricot tea is provided, therefore pharmaceutical efficacies of Japanese apricot can be easily used to improve human health. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing Japanese apricot tea comprises the steps of: washing Japanese apricot fruits with fresh water and drying them for 24 hours at room temperature; mixing the dried Japanese apricot fruits with sugar in a ratio of 1:1.2; inserting the mixture into a pottery up to 70%; sealing the opening of the pottery with a Korean paper; maturing the Japanese apricot fruits mixture for 100 days; filtering the matured Japanese apricot solution with a sieve to recover the filtered Japanese apricot solution; and inserting the filtered Japanese apricot solution into a pottery and storing it at 5 deg. C or less.
