A biogas plant fermenter being composed of the tank with channels for input of fresh and delivery of used solution and orifice for biogas outlet and heater disposed therein. The heater in the form of two coaxial cylinders fixed by ribs with flowing channels between distributing collector disposed from above and gathering collector disposed from below is placed above the bottom along the tank axis.
