PURPOSE: A CDMA system is provided to couple non-voice data with a digital packet when transmitting voice data between a CDMA base station and a CDMA terminal as the digital packet, and to transmit and separate the coupled data, then to quickly calculate a position of the moving CDMA terminal, thereby easily calculating a position of a user of the CDMA terminal. CONSTITUTION: A call processor(600) performs a CDMA call processing procedure for data communication in a CDMA traffic channel, and performs service negotiations through call access. When a call starts, a separator(205) separates a CDMA traffic packet received through a CDMA wireless modem(100) of a CDMA base station system via a traffic transmitter(400). A voice data packet is outputted to an encoder/decoder(200). A non-voice data packet is outputted to the call processor(600). The call processor(600) outputs non-voice data to be transmitted through the CDMA wireless modem(100). A GPS receiver(500) extracts system time of a GPS satellite for synchronization necessary to communication between the wireless modem(100) and a wireless modem(13) of a CDMA terminal system, and outputs GPS satellite information to the call processor(600).
