PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number generating method that can generate a required random number with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The random number generating method uses a random number memory table 27 which stores random numbers and numerals to derive the random numbers in cross-reference with each other to generate a random number. The random number generating method includes a 1st step of acquiring clock information (11 seconds) from a timer 23, a 2nd step of obtaining a numeral (2) to reference the random number memory table 27 from the expression of Y=int[(X+1)*10/60] based on the clock information (11 seconds) acquired in the 1st step, and a 3rd step of using the numeral (2) obtained in the 2nd step to extract a corresponding random number (5.2) from the memory table 27.
