METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for financial transactions which enable a customer (e.g. bank account holder) to efficiently and surely make a request for a transaction and a financial institution to surely accepts the transaction request. SOLUTION: A person in charge at a company generates transaction request data by using a company computer terminal 10. The company computer terminal 10 sends the transaction request including the transaction request data, an electronic certificate, and an electronic signature to a banking system 20. A managing computer 21 which receives the transaction request confirms whether or not the received electronic certificate matches an electronic certificate registered in a certificate data storage part 22. Further, the managing computer 21 confirms the validity of the electronic certificate. Then the managing computer 21 performs processing according to the transaction request data.
