PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a landing also good for temperature change in use environment of a monitor device. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a deflection yoke 10 having a deflection coil 12 to be mounted on a color cathode-ray tube, a fastening band 13 for fixing and fastening the deflection yoke at the neck part of the color cathode-ray tube and a plastic deflection yoke holding and shaping member 11 for holding the deflection coil 12 of the deflection yoke 10, and the part of the deflection yoke holding and shaping member between the deflection coil 12 and the fastening band 13 is constituted of a material with high thermal expansion coefficient.
