PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power to customers, without burdening the customers with management concerning power receiving and transforming facilities. SOLUTION: When supplying power purchased from a power generating enterpriser 10 to each customer 18a-18c via power reception transforming facilities 16a-16c, power charges produced by supplying of power and management cost produced by management of the power receiving transforming facilities are computed respectively, supervising the states of each power reception transforming facility and power, in a power supply distribution system 12, and each calculation result becomes an object of payment for each customer to a power supply side. Power is supplied to each customer 18a-18c, without causing each customer 18a-18c to perform management concerning the facilities 16a-16c. |
