PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel electrolyte of which, ion conductivity is improved by lowering the ratio of polymer content, and to provide a cell and capacitor using the same. SOLUTION: The gel electrolyte is composed of an electrolyte salt, a solvent for the electrolyte salt, a polymer having gel forming nature in the solvent, an organic compound having reversible gel forming nature, and preferably, an oil gelatinizing agent expressed by formula 1 or formula 2. |
