PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA adaptive antenna receiving device, in which the initial convergence of antenna weighting is quickened. SOLUTION: Adaptive antenna receiving parts 2-1 to 2-N respectively select an initial value from initial antenna weighting candidates by an initial antenna weighting selecting part, and adaptively control the antenna weighting by an antenna weighting control part, and multiplies and compounds signals received by antennas 1-1 to 1-K by the antenna weightings by an antenna weighting and compounding part in order to detect a desired signal. An initial antenna weighting generating part 3 detects the beam direction and a null direction from the antenna weighing of the desired signal, which is being received under the adaptive control of the adaptive antenna receiving parts 2-1 to 2-N by a beam/null direction retrieving part, and estimates the null direction of a new desired signal by a null-forming direction deciding part, and generates initial antenna weighting candidates for forming the null in the estimated null direction, in order to detect a new desired signal by an initial antenna weighting candidate generating part.
