PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal head type thruster device which can arbitrarily and accurately set a jetting direction of the thruster device. SOLUTION: A two-shaft rotary unit (thruster device rotary part 12, 14) is provided in a part of thruster jetting in attitude control of a space airframe. By directing this thruster jetting part in an arbitrary direction and surely rotating and holding the jetting part directed by this two-shaft, a propellant is jetted in a global arbitrary direction.
