PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a thermoelectric element array unit in which a plurality of p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements are arranged. SOLUTION: There are provided a first comb-tooth insulation spacer 15a, where a plurality of p-type element fixing/engaging through holes 33 are arrayed, and a second combtooth insulation spacer 15b where a plurality of n-type element fixing/engaging through-holes 34 are arrayed. A p-type thermoelectric element 1a is inserted and fixed to the p-type element fixing/engaging through-hole 33 of the first insulating spacer 15a, while an n-type thermoelectric element 1b is inserted and fixed to the n-type element fixing/engaging through- hole 34 of the second insulating spacer 15b. Combtooth 36 of the second insulating spacer 15b are inserted among combtooth 35 of the first insulating spacer 15a, so that the p-type thermoelectric element 1a and the n-type thermoelectric element 1b are adjoined each other alternately.
