PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flat wiring body with simple process by which, a tension tape is reused, and the flat wiring body can be manufactured with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The flat wiring body is manufactured by sticking a tension tape 10 and a first insulation tape 2 to each other, and sticking a conductor foil 1 on the top of the first insulation tape 2, and forming a conduction wire part by cutting only the conductor foil 1 into a prescribed shape, and exfoliating the conductor foil 1 from the first insulation tape 2 while leaving the conduction wire part on the first insulation tape 2, and forming a middle lamination body by sticking a second insulation tape on the exposed surface side of the conduction wire part, and turning the tension tape 10 into a lamination body by exfoliating the same from the first insulation tape 2 of the middle lamination body, and punching the lamination body into a prescribed external shape.
