PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing structure suitable to supply driving voltage to a stator for an ultrasonic motor. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic motor device includes a stator 1 which has a piezoelectric element with a cylindrical surface and surface electrodes 11, 12, 13 and 14 formed on the cylindrical surface, and which produces a revolutional torque according to voltage applied to the surface electrodes, a rotor which comes into sliding pressure-contact with the stator 1 to convert the revolutional torque into rotation, and a wiring board 9 which is connected to the surface electrodes 11 to 14 and supplies voltage from the outside. The wiring board 9 is located cylindrically along the surface electrodes 11 to 14 formed on the cylindrical surface of stator 1. The wiring board 9 has flexibility high enough to be wound around the cylindrical surface of the stator 1. The flexible wiring board 9 has through holes at the locations of the surface electrodes 11 to 14, and the wiring pattern 91 is electrically connected to the surface electrodes 11 to 14 through the through holes. |
