<p>1H Imidazopyridine derivatives represented by the following general formula (I) or salts thereof which have an effect of inhibiting cytokine production: (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl; R2 represents cycloalkyl, alkyl, aryl, cyano, mercapto, carboxy or carbamoyl; the ring A represents a homocycle or a heterocycle; R3 represents amino or a saturated nitrogen containing heterocycle; and k is an integer of 0 to 3, provided that the case where R3 is a saturated nitrogen containing heterocycle and R2 is unsubstituted alkyl is excluded.</p> |
