PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly turn two operation drums operating in the interlocking relationship with an accelerator pedal and a cruise control device by reducing their outside diameters. SOLUTION: An inner peripheral face of a drum part 50 of a cruise control 24 is turnably mounted on an outer peripheral face of a drum part 36 of a throttle drum 22 mounted turnably on a throttle shaft 18. A first return spring 66 is arranged on an outer peripheral face of the drum part 50 of the cruise control drum 24, and a second return spring 80 is arranged outside the first return spring 66. Both end parts of the first and second return springs 66, 80 are provided on inside faces 54, 72 of the throttle drum 22 and the cruise control drum 24. Consequently, the throttle drum 22 and the cruise control drum 24 can be made compact.
