PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key handle insertion/extraction type locking device, which enables a key handle to be inserted into a fixed body by easily performable corrective operations even if a locking shaft is displaced from a normal locking position due to back tension acting on the locking shaft. SOLUTION: A recess 33 for inserting a turning operation tool 32 is formed in a front surface of a head 9 of the locking shaft 5, and the tool 32 such as a coin at hand and a screwdriver is inserted into the recess 33 so as to make the locking shaft 5 turned and driven.
