PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling and spilling of powder and granules such as fresh concrete from a rotary feeder. SOLUTION: The rotary feeder 30 is used for a tower conveyor. A boom is rotated together with a stage, and has a belt conveyor. Powder and granules being carried by the conveyor from the front end of the boom are discharged. The rotary feeder 130 carries the powder and granules charged from a fixed place up to the conveyor for the rotated boom. The rotary feeder 130 has the first and second placing sections 131 and 133 on which the charged powder and granules are placed and the rotary section of a scraper 134. A guide means 135 fixed to the first placing section 131, interposing an opening 137 and the fixing section of a corbel 136 are mounted. Even when the rotary section meanders up and down and left and right and the granules spill from the first placing section 131, they are captured by the second placing section 133 and conveyed. Even when they spill from the second placing section 133, they are captured by the corbel 136 and carried by the scraper 134. The powder and granules are not spilled.
