PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood block having a high degree of freedom in the joining direction, easy in joining work, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost when joining the mutual wood blocks. SOLUTION: This wood block 10 is formed in a cubic shape using wood. A groove part 20 having a prescribed width and a prescribed depth is formed along a front face part 16 or a back face part 18 in an upper surface part 12, a bottom surface part 14, a left side surface part 16, and a right side surface part 18. The mutual adjacent woode blocks 10 are joined by fitting a part of a joining member 28 having a prescribed width and a prescribed depth in the width direction in the groove part 20 of the adjacent one wood block 10, and fitting a the rest of the joining member 28 in the groove part 20 of the other wood block 10 to construct an architectural wall structure, interior, exterior, a trimming structure of a flower garden, and other stacking structure or to construct a parking garage, a mall of a park green tract, a terrace, a sun deck, an indoor floor, and other floor-like structure.
