<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which does not erode a supplemental electrode when patterning, disusing a complicated patterning process like photolithographic etching, and a manufacturing method of the same, and to provide an electroluminescent element using the same. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film is manufactured at least through the process proceeding in the sequence of a process of forming an easily sticking transparent insulation layer 2 on a transparent plastic board 1, a process of forming a transparent conductive layer 4 on the whole surface, and a process of exfoliating the transparent conductive layer formed on the area where the pattern of the easily sticking transparent insulation layer is not formed, for example, through an ultrasonic treatment. Further, an electroluminescent element can be manufactured by successively laminating at least a light emitting media layer and a negative electrode layer on the transparent film.</p> |
