PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-resistant structure capable of protecting an incorporated device from its drop impact by sufficiently absorbing an impact energy even at the time of making thin cushioning materials (impact absorber) to be used for the incorporated device of a portable information processing terminal. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an elastic impact absorber 4c for absorbing an impact energy by elastic deformation and a plastic impact absorber 5 for absorbing the impact energy by plastic deformation. The elastic impact absorber 4c is arranged so as to be brought into contact with an incorporated device 3, and the plastic impact absorber 5 is arranged so as to be separated from the incorporated device 5 by a prescribed distance. The elastic impact absorber 4c is deformed against any vibration or impact which is not more than an allowable value to the incorporated device 3 so that the impact energy can be absorbed, and not only the elastic impact absorber 4c but also the plastic impact absorber 5 is deformed against the impact which is not less than the allowable value to the incorporated device 3 so that the impact energy can be absorbed.
