<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply and obtain an apartment not through an agent such as an apartment developer. SOLUTION: A land provider accesses a system server 2a from an article terminal 41 to input and store land provision information on land to be provided in a database 2b. A total constructor surveys the land according to the land provision information and stores the result as plan information in the database 2b. A user who desires to obtain an apartment accesses the system server 2a from a user terminal 31 and selects a desired area for an apartment. The system server 2a retrieves articles in the area from the database 2b and displays their plan outline on the user terminal 31 . The user examines whether the user desires to obtain an apartment according to the plan outline and inputs a desired apartment and a desired price when the user desires; and the desired apartment, desired price, etc., are stored in the database 2b.</p> |
