PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather forecasting system and weather information reporting system capable of regularly performing a weather forecast on the basis of prediction when forecast material data or live value data are not available, and reporting the weather forecast to a user when it satisfies the user's desired condition. SOLUTION: This weather forecasting system comprises a receiving means 31b for receiving external forecast material data and/or live value data from the Meteorological Agency or the like; prediction data generating means 31d and 31h for generating prediction data of the forecast material data and/or live value data; and a weather information predicting means 32c for predicting and generating weather information data by use of at least one of the forecast material data, the live value data and the prediction data. Accordingly, the information of weather forecast can be regularly formed, so that the weather forecast can be performed substantially in real time. |
