PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently exert the heating capacity of an air conditioning heat exchanger and the cooling capacity of a refrigerating heat exchanger or the like. SOLUTION: A heat recovery operation conducts the circulation wherein a refrigerant discharged from a compressor (2B) is condensed in the air conditioning heat exchanger (41), passes through an expansion valve (46), evaporates in the refrigerating heat exchanger (45) and a freezing heat exchanger (51) and returns to the compressor (2B). A capacity excess operation for heating conducts the circulation wherein part of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor (2B) is condensed in the air conditioning heat exchanger (41), while the other refrigerant condenses in an outdoor heat exchanger (4), and all the condensed liquid refrigerants pass through the expansion valve (46), evaporate in the refrigerating heat exchanger (45) and the freezing heat exchanger (51) and returns to the compressor (2B). The capacity excess operation for heating conducts the circulation wherein the refrigerant discharged from the compressor (2B) is condensed in the air conditioning heat exchanger (41), part of the condensed liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve (46) and evaporates in the refrigerating heat exchanger (45) and the freezing heat exchanger (51), while the other liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve (26) and evaporates in the outdoor heat exchanger (4), and an evaporated gas refrigerant returns to the compressor (2B).
