PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in maintenance. SOLUTION: An air suction inlet (26) is formed in a front surface (16) of a casing (10), and a heat exchanger (30) is provided at the suction inlet (26). There are further provided in the casing (10) a fan motor (53) where a driving shaft (55) is provided extending in a direction connecting the front surface section (16) and a back surface (11), and provided an air fan (51) including a fan rotor (52) mounted demountably on the driving shaft (55) of the fan motor (53). In an end of a hub (58) of the fan rotor (52) on the side of the fan motor (53) a demounting cutaway portion (62) is formed in a direction perpendicular to the driving shaft (55) through which a tip end of the driving shaft (55) can pass.
