PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize radio communications equipment, capable of shortening a time until starting radio communication conforming to radio communication specifications, such as Bluetooth and of efficiently selecting a communication connection destination device. SOLUTION: A device, that can correspond to a radio communication specification for connecting devices by radio to perform communication, is searched using radio (steps S3 to S8), and processing (step S9) that selects a candidate for a communication connection destination among devices detected as a result of the searching is performed, on the basis of a profile designated by a user among profiles that regulate radio communication conditions, to which the own device can correspond.
