摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which fluctuation of tightening load of the stack can be made small even if thermal expansion and contraction or creep deformation are brought about in the fuel cell. SOLUTION: This is a fuel cell in which an end-plate 22 is arranged at both ends in the cell lamination direction of a cell stack body, and the both end-plates are tightened by a tightening member 24 by applying stack tightening load on the cell stack body, thereby a stack 23 is structured. And a pressure plate 26 is arranged on the inside in the cell lamination direction of the end-plate 22A at one end of the stack, and a load fluctuation reduction mechanism 32 made of at least one coned disc spring is arranged at least at one place of the end-plate 22A, the pressure plate 26, or between the end-plate 22A and the pressure plate 26. The ratio of effective height/plate thickness of the coned disc spring is set in the range of 1.3-1.5, and/or the ratio of inner diameter/outer diameter of the coned disc spring is set in the range of 0.4-0.7, and the inclination angle of the coned disc spring is inverted or in the vicinity of inversion.
