PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength stabilized optical device capable of executing calibration in a short time, and reducing manufacturing costs using a relatively simple constitution and to provide its calibration method. SOLUTION: A light wavelength controller (1) is provided with a laser light source (2), an interference filter (10), an array (14) of photodetectors (40-46), a laser wavelength control means, and a comparator (22). The interference filter (10) forms an interference fringe (11) from the laser light source (2). The comparator receives corresponding signals (50, 54) from at least two photodetectors (40, 44) according to the pattern, and generates a control signal. The wavelength control means stabilizes the wavelength in response to this. The array is provided with at least three photodetectors, this light wavelength controller is provided with a means for selecting the subset, so that the comparator receives at least two corresponding signals (20, 30) from the subset. |
