PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fire a plurality of ceramic raw material mixture of different ceramic raw materials by once firing without generating a quenching crack. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a double layered ceramic compact is characterized in that a ceramic raw material mixture mixed with metallic mineral powder formed into acicular matter is filled into a heat resistant form for a surface layer material, and another ceramic raw material of different composition mixed with the acicular matter is filled thereon for a base layer material, then the acicular matter is sintered so as to integrally fire both the surface and base layer materials by heating the heat resistant form. |
