PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting nucleic acid hybridization affinity and to provide a computer software product. SOLUTION: The method for predicting nucleic acid hybridization affinity and the computer software product are provided. In an computer software product, the hybridization intensity I is determined by using I=exp[ΣiPiSi]. Wherein, Pi is a value of an i-th parameter value and Si is a value derived from a probe array. This method can be used for detecting a variant, selecting a probe and intensifying the adjustment of the probe array manufacturing quality. |
