PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert non-character data of image data, motion picture data, voice data or the like into text data, which are managed as a structured document. SOLUTION: A structured document generation device 2 has a data extraction/conversion part 6 and a text conversion part 8. The data extraction/conversion part 6 extracts, from information on communication itself or the like, what is used as the attribute of the structured document, converts a portion of it into manageable data, converts the data into the attribute of the structured document, and converts the remained portion, as it is, into the attribute of the structured document. In facsimile communication, motion picture communication and voice data communication, the data main body composed of non- character data of image data or the like is converted into a text to make a structured document. To the structured document, a method of text conversion is added as an attribute, so that the document can be inversely converted into non-character data. |
