摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of materializing charge at the bottom of an electric power and a sufficient peak-cut operation while enhancing load leveling effect and lessening battery capacity. SOLUTION: This lighting system is provided with a commercial power supply 2, a battery power supply 5 charged by the commercial power supply 2, an inverter circuit 7 connected to the commercial power supply 2 and the battery power supply 5 through a changeover switch 4, a lamp 8 connected to the inverter circuit 7, and a control device 9 to control the changeover switch 4 so as to charge the battery power supply 5 in a time zone except a peak power demand and to light the lamp 8 with the battery power supply 5 in a time zone of peak power demand.
