<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing device which can inform a user of a misloading state of a card type recording medium. SOLUTION: This information reproducing device which reproduces information recorded on the card type recording medium is equipped with a loading and reproducing means which inserts and loads the card type recording medium and reproduces the information recorded on the card type recording medium, a connection detecting means which detects whether the card type recording medium is electrically connected to the loading and reproducing means, an insertion detecting means which detects whether the card type recording medium is inserted into the recording and reproducing means, and a control means which decides the loading state of the card type recording medium according to the state detected by the connection detecting means and the state detected by the insertion detecting means.</p> |
