PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a prior art that external appearance is bad because a blow-off outlet is provided on the side of an air fan in the direction of air being blown off and a damper for opening and closing the blow-off outlet is rockably provided, a body is extended in itself and is hence large-sized, and further an opening surface of a ceiling is increased in response to the body and a decorative frame provided to cover the opening surface is also large-sized. SOLUTION: An air fan is provided in a body and a heater is provided at a blow-off outlet, and damper is mounted in the body in such a manner as to be swung to a flow diversion position where air blown off with the air fan is discharged from both the blow-off outlet and a vent hole, a first position where the air is discharged only from the vent hole, and a second position where the air is discharged only from the blow-off outlet.
