PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction monitoring method for gas and system in a gas piping system collecting pressure and temperature information of a gas and determining the liquefied condition of the gas. SOLUTION: The data collection device 28 is alloted for a detection point supplying temperature information and pressure information regarding created substances in the gas distribution piping 20. The data collection device 28 is built in a part of the liquefaction monitoring unit 100 including appropriate hardwares (processor, computer, circuit, and others for instance) executing the liquefaction monitoring process along the gas piping system 26 and softwares.
