PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging bars between continuous underground walls which bear a high-rise building constructed on soft ground such as filled-up land, wherein the bars are efficiently arranged in a manner coping with a horizontal force. SOLUTION: According to the method, horizontal through bars at an inter- wall joint between the continuous underground walls are arranged at least in two stages in the vertical direction.
