PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple snow-melting mat, which can be operated at a low cost for reducing the labor and cost of snow removal during the winter in a snow area, by which the installation works for a snow-melting facility are made unnecessary and which can melt snow from a small range to a wide range. SOLUTION: Snow itself is utilized as energy and running cost is reduced by using a moisture-absorbing heat-generating raw material 4 as a heat source. Wide-range snow melting is enabled and the cost of installation works or the like is reduced by mutually joining mats by connecting hook projecting sections 1 and connecting hook recessed sections 3.
