PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet wall construction method using a mesh plate capable of applying a concrete body with the mesh plate as an aboveground part of a concrete skeleton by surely sticking a wet covering material to a concrete wall surface without chipping a concrete wall. SOLUTION: This wet wall construction method using the mesh plate is characterized in that concrete is placed in a mesh form constructed by the mesh plate, a sheathing board, lime wash leaking out of respective meshes of the mesh plate is hardened to form an irregular-surfaced concrete wall body by the leaking-out lime wash, and the wet covering material is coated in close contact on the irregular wall surface of the concrete wall with the mesh plate.
