PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering and order reception processing assistance system which can lighten the burden of ordering processing imposed on a small- scale manufacturer as for ordering via wholesalers, provide article stock information and delivery information of the manufacturer for stores at proper time, and eliminate impartiality, resulting from order reception time differences, to the stores. SOLUTION: In response to access from a 1st computer terminal 2 of the manufacturer through the Internet 3, data D1 for stock information input are sent and stock information D2 are received and also the latest stock information D2 are provided in response to access from a 2nd computer of a store through a specified network 6. Temporary reserve processing is performed for allocating the order quantity of ordered articles to ordering information D3 received from the store within the range of the stock quantity in the reception order of the ordering information D2 according to the stock information D2, and update processing is performed for decreasing the stock quantity of the latest stock information D2 by the quantity of the temporary reserve processing. |
