PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the utility charge of users and the facility cost of service providers. SOLUTION: A data coordination server 4 is connected to a network 2, the server 4 fetches terminal identification information on a contents acquisition request on the network from a phone terminal 1, fetches contents identification information denoting a particular item (anchor) existing in contents on the network, transmits them to a connection management server 7, and stores them in a coordination management table 9 in cross-reference with each other. In this system, when a phone transmission instruction is set to the particular item of contents browsed by the phone terminal 1 and the user of the terminal 1 selects and decides the item to dial a phone number including the terminal identification information, a phone server 6 connected to a phone network acquires the contents identification information from the coordinate management table of the connection management server based on the terminal identification information, acquires voice data from the data coordination server 4 based on the contents identification information and provides the data to the phone terminal. |
