PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a program corresponding to the function of a selected printing device from a library stored in a memory means according to the selection of a printing device and a function in a simple constitution, and to generate output data by performing the called program. SOLUTION: When a digital copying machine is selected, a core printer driver 53 calls a copying machine UIDLL 65 so that the function of the copying machine can be set, and transmits the setting to the copying machine. When facsimile transmission is selected, the core printer driver 53 calls a facsimile UIDLL so that a facsimile cover sheet data can be generated, and renders transmission data including the cover sheet. |
